Martin Busse is a successful novelist and multiple cookbook author. As the initiator and source of ideas for the international members' homepage Kulinarium-Academy, he heads the Algarve Cooking School. It is located in the Kulinarium and offers weekly various cooking courses on regional topics, such as fish and seafood of the Algarve to vegetarian cooking classes or tapas variations.
