The winemaker couple at Quinta dos Sentidos offers every course

of the winemaker's menu a separate wine from his winery.

You are sure to receive interesting insider information in personal conversations.

 

The winemaker evening can only be attended with a reservation.

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. and is accompanied in German and English.


Appetizer

House-marinated salmon tartare with the spectacular Malto olive oil, fresh pickled mushrooms and an elegant horseradish mousse in a jelly coating. This combination harmonizes perfectly with marinated radishes with pomegranate caviar and

pumpernickel earth as well as a delicately seasoned herb crème fraîche.


Soup

Velvety and elegantly refined carrot-apple cream soup with its own addition

of goat cheese and apple pearls and fresh seasonal herbs.


Main course

A slice of fried beef fillet with morel jus rests on a dried Plum cream.

This gourmet creation is served with fried herb mushrooms, braised Hokkaido pumpkin

and pumpkin puree on a handmade potato-pumpkin tramezzini slice.


Dessert

From the master hand of the pastry chef René:

 

Noble dark chocolate slices with passion fruit white chocolate cream

of homemade marshmallows and Portuguese spiced almonds.
